By accessing and using the BELDOLAHT Trading Academy platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "You") and BELDOLAHT Trading Academy ("Academy", "We", "Us", or "Our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To create an account and access our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is used for fraudulent purposes. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Academy provides online trading education services including but not limited to: • Structured video courses and learning modules • PDF resources and educational documentation • Assessments and knowledge evaluations • Student certification upon completion of programs • Access to private student community networks All content provided is strictly for educational purposes. The Academy does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All course materials are the intellectual property of BELDOLAHT Trading Academy and are protected by copyright law. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Certain services on the Platform require payment. By purchasing a course or subscription, you agree to the following: • All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe) • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for paid courses. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 25% of the course content, you may request a full refund by contacting admin@beldolaht.com. The Academy reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.

As a member of the BELDOLAHT Trading Academy community, you agree to: • Treat all students, mentors, and staff with respect and professionalism • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in community spaces • Not share, distribute, or resell any proprietary course content or materials • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or activity • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform • Not record, screenshot, or screen-capture paid course materials • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with the Academy Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account at the sole discretion of the Academy, without refund.

Upon successful completion of designated programs, students may receive a digital certificate issued by BELDOLAHT Trading Academy. • Certificates are issued based on completion of all required modules, assessments, and any minimum passing scores • Each certificate includes a unique verification ID that can be validated through our public verification system • Certificates represent completion of an educational program and do not constitute a professional license, regulatory credential, or guarantee of trading proficiency • The Academy reserves the right to revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty, fraud, or violation of these Terms • Certificates are non-transferable and are issued to the individual student only

IMPORTANT: Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. • The Academy is an educational institution and does not manage funds or execute trades on behalf of students • Past performance discussed in educational materials does not guarantee future results • You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose • The Academy, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any financial losses incurred by students as a result of trading activities • All trading decisions are made solely by the individual student at their own risk • Content provided should not be construed as financial advice; always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • The Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform • The Academy's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform • We are not responsible for any third-party content, links, or services referenced on the Platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
