1. Our Commitment
BELDOLAHT Trading Academy is committed to operating with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other form of financial crime. BELDOLAHT Trading Academy operates as an educational institution and takes its compliance obligations seriously.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)
As part of our compliance framework, BELDOLAHT Trading Academy may collect and verify identification information from participants in accordance with applicable regulations and our internal policies.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation from any participant at any time and to delay or suspend services pending the completion of verification procedures.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BELDOLAHT Trading Academy platform:
• Using our platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity
• Making payments through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or purchase
• Using our services to facilitate any form of financial crime or illegal activity
• Structuring payments in a manner designed to avoid detection
• Using the platform on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities
• Attempting to circumvent our security, verification, or compliance procedures
4. Reporting Obligations
BELDOLAHT Trading Academy reserves the right to report suspicious transactions, activities, or patterns to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and financial intelligence units when required or requested. Reporting obligations take precedence over any duty of confidentiality.
We will not notify individuals that a report has been made or is being considered, as this could constitute tipping off under applicable regulations.
5. Sanctions Compliance
BELDOLAHT Trading Academy complies with applicable international sanctions regimes, including those issued by relevant authorities.
We do not knowingly provide services to individuals, organizations, or entities that are:
• Subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions
• Identified on government watchlists or sanctions lists
• Located in sanctioned jurisdictions or territories

Participants found to be in violation of our sanctions policy will have their accounts immediately suspended and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Risk-Based Approach
BELDOLAHT Trading Academy applies a risk-based approach to compliance, which means we allocate our compliance resources in proportion to the level of risk identified.
This includes:
• Ongoing monitoring of account activity and transaction patterns
• Periodic review of customer information and risk assessments
• Enhanced monitoring for accounts that exhibit higher-risk characteristics

We continuously improve our compliance framework to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
7. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Participants who violate our AML and compliance policies may face the following consequences:
• Immediate account suspension without prior notice
• Permanent removal from all BELDOLAHT Trading Academy services
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities
• Forfeiture of any payments made in connection with prohibited activities
• Civil or criminal legal action where applicable under governing law
• Revocation of any issued certifications or credentials
We take compliance violations extremely seriously and will act decisively to protect the integrity of our platform and community.
