Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access granted to proprietary educational content, all purchases made through BELDOLAHT Trading Academy are generally considered final and non-refundable.

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products offered by BELDOLAHT Trading Academy, including: • Educational programs and structured courses • Trading Room subscriptions • Mentorship services (group and one-on-one) • Digital products and downloadable materials • Certification programs • Live sessions and recorded content • Premium community access • Any other educational service provided by BELDOLAHT Trading Academy

Once a participant gains access to course materials, private communities, downloadable resources, Trading Room channels, live sessions, or proprietary educational content, refunds cannot be guaranteed. However, BELDOLAHT Trading Academy reserves the right to review exceptional cases individually and may, at its sole discretion, approve partial or full refunds under specific circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@beldolaht.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests will generally be denied in the following circumstances: • After substantial content consumption or course completion • After abuse of access, account sharing, or violation of Terms • After downloading or accessing proprietary educational resources • After participation in private educational communities or Trading Room • If the request is submitted beyond any applicable review window • In cases where the user has violated our Terms & Conditions

Subscription-based services (such as the Trading Room) may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund for previous payments already processed. To cancel a subscription, please contact us at admin@beldolaht.com with your account details and cancellation request.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all program descriptions, educational objectives, pricing details, and service information before completing any purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have: • Read and understood the full program description • Reviewed all pricing information and payment terms • Accepted this Refund Policy in its entirety • Made an informed purchasing decision BELDOLAHT Trading Academy is not responsible for purchases made without proper review of the available information.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent claims, unauthorized redistribution of educational materials, or abuse of the platform may result in: • Immediate account suspension without notice • Permanent removal from BELDOLAHT Trading Academy services • Revocation of any issued certifications • Restriction from future access to any services • Potential legal action where applicable under governing law We take fraud and chargebacks very seriously. All legitimate concerns should be directed to admin@beldolaht.com before initiating any chargeback process.

Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
